Payments that reconcile themselves: matching every card, wallet and COD to the right order
Money reaches a business through more channels than it used to. A single day’s takings might arrive as card payments, mobile wallet transfers, cash collected on delivery, and the occasional bank transfer. Every one of those has to be matched to the right order or invoice before anyone can trust the numbers.
Done by hand, that matching is slow, and it is where errors hide. A system that does it automatically turns a daily chore into something that just happens.
Why reconciliation is harder than it looks
No two channels behave the same way:

- •Mobile wallets confirm fast, under a different reference than the order.

- •Bank transfers land with whatever note the customer typed, if you are lucky.
Someone has to line all of that up against orders that were placed at a different moment, in a different system. That is the work reconciliation removes.
