Agentic systems with a permission list: what your system lets AI do
The honest worry about letting AI act inside a real system is simple: what if it does something it should not? Delete the wrong record, approve the wrong order, change a setting no one meant to touch. The answer is not to trust the AI more. It is to stop relying on trust at all.
How a permission list works
Instead of giving an AI open access, you give it a defined set of actions it is allowed to take. Everything else is refused by the system itself, not left to the AI to judge. You can run a real system by asking, inside limits you set.
